the people who passed the tiktok ban aren't doing it because "ahh chinese communists are gonna spy on us and wage war on us"

they're doing it because they don't like having a common connection point with the rest of the world.

when a social media is owned by a corporation outside of the good ol' States, it is capable of giving us differing points of view!

and when we get differing points of view, we get a deeper understanding of the world around us (and lets us understand that our government is SHIIIT!!!)
