the design for 1990x was based on X from SONIC.EXE (2024 REWRITE) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqvAWBcriqA

it was also based on the Cyborg Sonic 3 Palette glitch, which in itself is what X from SONIC.EXE (2024 REWRITE) is based on color (colour to Britian's) wise
