On whose laugh is Salvage Sonic's laughter based on??
You can hear it when he enters the hallway and he's coming to the Office.
(As well as Sonic.exe has the same laughter).

(No, no. I don't mean whose "audio laughter voice" is used
to lure Salvage Sonic around the building.
But Salvage Sonic's Laughter, when he enters the hallway next to the Office).
