Hingbo was raised as an experiment on powers that could create life. One such experiment resulted in Hingbo. He quickly ran away from his creator after he was put through all sorts of inhumane tests and trials that pushed him beyond his limits. He settled in a humble house in a small town, living with his new partner Simon. Since then Simon has taught him how to live like one should, and Hingbo couldn't be happier for him.

Simon found the lab Hingbo was being held in one day and discovered him while sneaking around the facility (he was reeeaalllllyyy curious on what was inside). While there he discovered a cell for Hingbo, where he was held captive. He was beaten up very badly, and Simon knew that he had to get Hingbo out of there.

After his escape, it took a while to warm up to Simon since he wasn't really trusting in anyone by this point. After realizing how bad Hingbo's situation is, Simon quit his job at the local burger joint to care and house Hingbo. (More on Simon another time)
