Thing reffering about the second option:
That the battle box can move, change forms, divide etc.
That the attacks could be more creative and well pretty to see :0
Make more cool scenes in Overworld and Battles, etc

Hmm, I had a conflict with myself about LBC, Idk about maintaining Undertale battle and other thing style or changing an improve the battle things so it's more pretty that the ones in UT or well make it similar to UT.
So I just want to know what you think
