Crimson Cove setup. Added new equipment. Added rewards.
Fixed home button bug on specific controllers.
Any button on the gamepad can be pressed to start the game.
Removed top tutorial platform.

While testing, I was running through Corrupt Woods Heat 2 and beat my record. I mapped the 1 key to Start Recording for a previous video and never removed it, so I had NO idea I was recording. Prior to this I ran into stage hazards. I trimmed that out.
