Yellow Bear is obviously a generic and simplistic name but I feel that a blank name like that fits a mysterious entity who we know nothing about, as if we don't actually know what his name is and call him "Yellow Bear" as a placeholder. Golden Freddy has became an iconic name and still works but Yellow Bear just sounded more ambiguous.
