Step 1. Locate the location, wait for it's construction to be complete if it's still being built.
Step 2. Locate the springlocked victim within the building, do not bother with it.
Step 3. Either find or buy 5-6 Gasoline canisters and store them in the security office.
Step 4. Get hired at the location and stay 5 days/survive 5 nights
Step 5. Get gasoline all over the building, exit the building after.
Step 6. Light a match and toss it into the building.
Step 7. Watch it burn.
