1.Talk to the block guy in dimble woods. he will tell you about blitties

2.Go back to cavi cape to inhale the enemies blitties

3.Please do not inhale enemies blitties again after getting the blitty. you will not get the blitty from the enemy again.

4.basically punch everyone with bowser to get blitty out (some enemies dont give out blitties)

5.a tip for blitties is to just hunt for enemies in the overworld you didnt get a blitty for.

6.Once you get all 15 blitties (From all areas), you can go and tell block guy in dimble woods, and he will give you the dog

7.basically just spam all over the dog to use him and clean him. excellent rating makes him very strong and angry
