How to get the two alternative routes

Spoilers, obviously:

Infinity Route:

Be on Agony Mode
Kill Ross
Have at least 40 kills (The enemies on Last Autumn count, including the shadows)
On the melting village, find the secret entrance, go through the cave, and on the other side, fight the secret boss
Win (if you escape or lose, you won't get the Infinity Route)
Proceed like normal

Redemption Route:

Spare Ross
Reject either the first or second Fold of Infinity (Better to reject the second one, so you can have Denier Fist)
Proceed like normal, Ross will be alive in the cave after the Bloody Cliff (The one Arnold jumps from to escape the Horde)
