1: Get a shield that breaks easily (optional). You can get bokoblin shields or a rusty shield for instance.
2: Jump while moving in the direction you want to surf in
3: While airborne, make sure you press X, while still moving in the air.
Note: Surfing downhill will obviously make you surf faster because logic and science

This time, I made the Hylian Shield. I also, got experiment using fondant for the first time. Made from scratch, too. The cake is Red Velvet with buttercream.
