Hi guys!
Today we are going to share with you how we used VR technology in a non-VR game.
Virtual reality (VR) is a simulated experience that can be similar to or completely different from the real world. Applications of virtual reality can include entertainment and educational purposes.
VR games are made like any other games, and then tested with the VR goggles. However, what if we think of it from another perspective similar to “The Last Show of Mr. Chardish”. This game may be one of the first games and maybe a pioneer to this process.
We used the VR technology to create the assets of the game which reflected its style. Wherever the player looks throughout the game, they see it as a painted canvas. Brush strokes and colors just fill this game and give it so much life.
Here is a video of the process of how the game characters were created, throughout its stages of production.
