I think the name is pretty self-explanatory. No .exe files here, it's a rom hack.
1. Don't take this seriously.
2. Don't ask me or others for a Sonic 2 rom.
3. This is not recommended for younger audiences.
I might make a Sonic 1 or Sonic 3&K version if people want it.
