the reason EVERLAST is mentioned so much in the devlog is because it might tie into bupdator clicker's ALTERNA storyline

to clarify, bupdator clicker will probably start with the main storyline at launch, but will have 2 extra storylines, as detailed below:

• the SECRET storyline (basically what I was planning with The Tapes before it became a joke series), which will come before the ALTERNA storyline.

• the ALTERNA storyline (a prologue following the Elmwood siblings BEFORE they left Alterna and the events that led up to it), which will probably come in the far future and will start development after everything else is finished.

• Also, even though ASTRAOS and the SECRET storyline feature some characters from EVERLAST, they are not canon to EVERLAST. In addition, Lazarus will probably be humanoid (not like the old redesign), and this also goes for Madeline. The current design of Lazarus may appear in EVERLAST, however.
