Remember Karen Kitashirakawa? She is part-Chinese, and this track sounds a bit like you are entering a Chinese festival or some sort of cultural celebration. This might represents Karen's "other side", which is more calming and and less obnoxious than her usual self, and is the side that spends ages looking at the nothingness, thinking of nothing.
The track's mystical atmosphere might best describe that side of Karen. I just said that because I would like to put the song in the context of my Touhou AU's characters.
