What was the first known fan-made character back when Five Nights at Freddy's was first released?

In Five Nights at Freddy's 5 we all come to know that there are 5 animatronics, but there was one animatronic that we come to know later on that was never included. Why did Funtime Chica never appear in Five Nights at Freddy's 5?

Is it possible that Golden Freddy was still around in Five Nights at Freddy's 3 while the other animatronics became phantoms?
