Although I disagree with him on the Ballora statement. I do believe that Ballora being Mrs. Afton (Clara is technically not a given name, so that's what I'm stating) is MUCH more likely than just having another random kid possess Ballora. Or at the very least, created in the image of Mrs. Afton while technically not possessed by her, but programmed to mimic her behavior.
