Hunt 3.0 progress report: 2024-02-24

We just cooked A LOT! New mechanics, team overhauls, and even a beginning to the story.

Let's start with team overhauls: as some people already know, both the protagonist and antagonist teams were revamped. Protagonist team fully got remade, antagonist team got a member change because I saw that within reason, OG Hunt antagonist cast was... not bound to work together. I know, my mistake, my ass was not high on lore back then, but I guess it's fixed. Protagonist team, we have one character with... split personality? Yes, why not, wasn't my idea, we're evading canon aspects already so why not do it again? Protagonist team, once more a canon break with the number of... well, imma say, idiots high on hatred. There's no other way I could say it.

About mechanics that are just new: once again, we COOKED. Split personality guy on protag team shows it in battle, but never turns on allies. Hunter, unfortunately, had to stop eating everything, but still doesn't miss her shots. About the third member... BRO WHAT, NOW IS IT SOME MEME CHARACTER OR SOMEONE ELSE? Not sure who it is, that's all. But erm some giant ass invulnerable being ascending godhood is what I get?

Story beginning: so there is that one moment when God decides to do a MINOR amount of tomfoolery... well, guess what, THAT exactly set the whole plot in where it is. Two of the antagonists woke up wanting to see the world burn and paid the third one, I guess. We only know they attacked protags.

Scene 4 is how the Forestborn died prior to the comic's start, the character behind the killing blow won't be revealed and isn't canon to Undying at all other than the death. It's none of the characters in my lores, too.
