But thats not what im focused on. In the gif theirs a little white bar at the bottem left. When it runs out the player then blinks.

And the first teaser of Xerox said "Red Light" on the post.

This could mean that Xerox is a "weeping angel" type of character and becus you blink every few minutes that would make Xerox being a massive threat.
