I am glad to say my manned landing mission to Duna was a great success!
Except for when I forgot to divert fuel into the lander before undocking and destroyed a solar panel while exiting the lander and ran out of fuel in a high Kerbin orbit and had to launch a small rescue mission to get everyone down safely and forgot to leave a pilot on the station to allow for station control while my scientist did work.
But other than that it went flawlessly!
