I WOULD NOT RECOMEND PUTTING CONIC 2 BECAUSE THE GAME HAS ISSUES CHANGING THE LEVEL DESIGN AND RESULTS LEO FALLING IN A BLUE VOID THE GAME (hill top tiles included!)

i can edit the UPMEM rom that dosent have a dissasembly

THEN THERES THE COMPRESSED GRAPHICS (but the file itself only has stuff for sonic 2 so thats nice)

Found out that i was wrong (used to say that sonpln dosent support s3&k)
