The characters are:

Tatú (Mascot of the 1997 Bolivia Copa América)

Amériko (Mascot of the 2001 Colombia Copa América)

And Taguá (Mascot of the 1999 Paraguay Copa América)

I just decided to watch Marks Marble Racing after some time for some reason and i noticed this in every recent video i watched from him

He seems to be having a AI "music" career tho. Not pretty sure about his reputation atp, but that's all i know abt
