I don't think i'm done yet for today, but for now here's a Lore's model update. Keep in mind that this is my first animatronic made in Blender, so it can't be perfect.

Spended the whole day reworking some stuff. I was initially going for a 1080p resolution. Dumb decision, this is basically my first clickteam game and i shouldn't go that high. Changing it to 900p and also remaking some graphics for the occasion.
