I find the concept of Destroyah to be really interesting.

Millions of tiny ancient crabs, mutated by the same thing that killed the original Godzilla, all working together as one.

The perfect life form.


Its pretty much only weakness is extreme temperatures, due to the anti-oxygen stuff that it contains.
