So basically I made the emergency alert system screen from scratch, I got the audio from a video and made slight tweaks to it, got the VHS effect from an app called 'RareVision', and I made the thing in CapCut.

(I got inspiration from the 'We'll be Right Back' series (by TapeWorm or @ TAPE_W0RM on Youtube) the name of the video being called 'Emergency Broadcast Anomaly (2011)')
