I hate having to explain why The Angel was scrapped from Camp Cataclysm over and over again.
They were scrapped because TADC has a large child audience! Camp Cataclysm will have gore, especially with examples such as Yoshie that had to be toned down to make sure the game doesn't get nuked!
However, Melody did say that The Angel (specifically his head form) would work as a skin for Yoshie but take the information with a grain of salt.
