Soo you all mah know how gaster was scattered into a million pieces(my recorces for that is the undyne fight when she says "I feel like my body is about to scattered into a million pieces" and entry 17) what if the followers ARE gaster think about it how else do they still remember him and how do they know about his fate cause NOBODY else in undertale remembers gaster(possibly sans remembers him but we don't know for sure only theorys) when he was scattered he wasn't just scattered into pieces he was also scattered into other alternate versions of himself the followers (entry 17 when he was extracting DT into himself(yes I took that from matpat's theory) and at the end dialog "what do you 2 think?" Possibly talking to sans and papyrus or clones or alternate versions of himself we don't know also think about it how do u think sans breaks the 4th wall and he's aware of both the 4th wall and the player(hacker ending) because gaster was also scattered into the games code and he wasn't just scattered in undertale he was also scattered in both undertale and Deltarune (this is the end of my theory for now but my theory will be changed when the other chapters of Deltasone or possibly if Toby releases another game connected to Deltasone and undertale which is very unlikely and I do think my theory is a stretch but meh)
