To be honest, I adore the character design of Meowstic (both genders), and this drawing is mostly from memory, no reference picture until I had to draw his tail.

Was just playing Super Mario Galaxy 1, and seeing this in Ghostly Galaxy, I find it an odd place to put a black hole.
