Name: Tomoka. Age 15, and is a villain pro heros have been trying to catch for years. She lives on the street, or in abandoned buildings, because she was proclaimed a monster at 11. Her quirk is Vision Manipulation.
A cognitive quirk that can control and spectate through eye contact from the user to the person. Abilities that (so far) have been discovered are the ability to paralyze ones body with eye contact for 30 seconds, Vision spectating for an hour and a half (so far), removing the user from someones vision (making them unable to see her), and sometimes, temporarily or permanently blinding someone. Downsides and side affects: Being unaware of ones surroundings, headaches, and frequent 1 hour time outs.
She gets captured by pro hero Dynamight (when he's an adult) and he starts rehabilitating her. She's just a kid, and he knows deep down shes not really a villian. He takes her to therapists, helping her grow and develop into a better person, all while making sure her quirk is disabled with blurry glasses and other equipment. They get closer, and she starts to look up to him. Like a hero.
After a year of training, rehabilitating and developing her character and going back to school, a orphanage, or her place of origin, wants to take her back to try and find a permanent family for her. Bakugo doesn't like this, having gotten close to her (AS A DAUGHTER) and decides to adopt her.
She then starts using her quirk as a sidekick, being his second pair of eyes when he's on missions. They train, and she finally is allowed to use her quirk again.
She gets into a fight at school because a girl claims she killed her dad when she was still a villain, and ruined her families life- and they throw hands. Her glasses, which she started to like, get cracked, and he's proud of her for standing up for herself.
ANYWAYS I REALLY REALLY LIKE THIS TROPE bc I think it's adorable to have a father figure for an OC type situation idk
But yeah
PLOT TWIST
SILVIA (one of my past mha ocs y'all have seen her before) is one of the people she met when she was a villain. She's the reason she went good, cause they had a good talk.
YIPEEE
