A: no, Chance(protagonist) is supposed to be a relative of chara, if he meet with flowey it will ruin all of original undertale lore.

Because Flowey wouldn't think Frisk is Chara because there is already Chance (that canonically to True kindness is almost looks same as chara.)

Q: Is game canonical to undertale?

A: Well it's hard to tell (because of spoilers).

Q: I think Chance should be gender neutral, I don't like that he has been choosed to be a boy.

A: Chance can be anyone you want, if you see him as a girl than a boy it's not really matters.

I just needed to choose a gender for Chance and ended up with boy, so because Chance is a boy o decided to give genders to everyone in true kindness (orange, green and yellow souls are boys. Cyan, blue and purple are girls) I know someone may not like it but I'll answear possibility in next question.

Q: is any undertale prequel is Canon to True kindness?

A: If someone see it and dms me something like "omfg true kindness is gyat, I have my own hooman gaem what abuot collb??"

1. Chance is not quiet, and will talk directly to the player too.

2. More original lore (not completely new characters, but with new personality) and locations, new bosses and events in underground, multiple endings where you can change the fate of green soul. (TIP1: Chance start the game with lv 2. TIP2: Asgore is beatable but he is in "top 10 easiest undertale fangames")

3. Jokes (Joke).

4. Cooking (🍳).

5. New abilities to the green soul.
