I keep getting the same questions about SMTR, like why Freddy is there, and why Frisk has eyes. So I will make myself clear now. It it actually Ted, a fnaf OC I made, and I wanted to include him in the story (read article)

Also, Frisk has open eyes because I want to draw her (it’s a her in my headcanon) with greater facial expressions. Drawing facial expressions is something I am very good at and love to do.
