I kinda js want to, stop replying to everyone . Like, not talk to anyone

Idk, I'm suddenly like,, not feeling talkative today,,


I'm also so disappointed in myself rn tho, I ruined my sleep schedule after fixing it, and lasting for a whole week .

Imma js try and stay up for today to see if I can fix it, tho if anyone texts me, expect a slow reply or even no reply (I genuinely feel like today is gonna be a day, where I won't wanna talk,, I'm barely able to keep an expression on my face rn.)
