i know i had stated that i was finishing preleak with zero deviation from the state it was in when it dipped, but... (read the rest of this post)


before you preleak veterans panic and riot--NO im not changing the writing, designs, music, OR game at all. everything stays as it is.

this is moreso a balancing question.

on my last livestream a few days ago, i compiled and played the early dusttrust phases back in the demo era

and i learned something critical--everything before phase 3 is ABSOLUTELY IN NO WAY no-hittable. slashes happen too soon, rng has zero warning, blue and orange attacks happen just as it's inconvenient for the average player, a majority of clipping issues that stem from phase 1, a lot of stuff.

so--im going to pop the question.

when it comes to gen 1 and 2, would you like the attacks to be rebalanced? their form will stay exactly as it was, but it'll be easier for the average player to properly evade

this will not affect both generations phase 3s unless there's an absolutely unavoidable hit.

the only thing im going to spoil for generation 1 currently is that those fuckass palm-less hands were removed and replaced with actually good hands

that was my worst issue with generation 1 pre-leak being honest
