AI images are not art.

It hurts to see someone who was such a big player in making animation what it is today already gunning for AI slop. it takes me so many hours to just make one drawing, so much thought goes into how i make my art. And its the same for every artist, its prevalent in old Disney movies, each frame was carefully made by a dedicated team of artists who had to draw them by hand, so much effort was put into how scenes would effect the story, and what colours to use, or what expression a character should have. like them or hate them, Disney made some amazing stories with beautiful artwork, and it was only possible WITH that artwork. it had soul behind it, so much care goes into it.

Art is an extension of creativity and emotion, if you dont have those two things art is nothing. That's why AI is so harmful, atleast to me.
