I lost hours of my life today after one of my brothers friends in his realm just destroyed a bunch of my chests and made me lose majority of my items

I lost stacks of iron, redstone, lapis, wood, cobblestone, sandstone, mob drops and all of my redstone compartments and way more

I'm really not feeling good rn, I just wanna curl up into a ball and cry
