I'm at risk of losing my account on forsaken ar

I was sending a skin to the @meltedbonnieboi Then the phone froze, I restarted and opened the game and it was all bugged, some animatronics were missing and I couldn't send Bonnie's Easter skin, does anyone know how to solve it? [The phone is borrowed because my phone doesn't have VR technology]

and what I said doesn't make sense is that I used a buggy AI translate what I meant
