So both Ian and Phantom Rapid I decided are gonna be cut from the game and replaced with new characters (I also thought it doesn't exactly make a whole lot of sense for real people I don't even really know at all to be characters)

you can actually still find some leftover assets in the game files lol
I had to manually do the white outline on Ro-X here, it went as fun as you could expect
