I really haven't been feeling well lately and I realized I'm in a down word spiral
For the past few days I've been considering self harm
I've decided to start with little steps like a routine at night and early morning, cleaning my room and keeping it clean, and clean out my dresser and resort it
I feel like it's kinda my fault, because I know this is bad, but I've been too lazy to do anything about it
