Iron Lung review:
Start was slow and kinda boring, I struggled a bit to connect with the characters
Mark isn't really convincing enough within the more casual situations
However, when it gets good, it gets good
Mark does a full 180 and locks tf in with acting out the more emotional and desperate scenes
I will say the story is confusing and hard to get fully emersed in
But it does get hype really quickly when it needs to
The practical effects are phenomenal as well as the digital effects
Anyways
It was overall good/great however there were some flaws
BUT I'm really happy Mark's passion project is getting so popular (my theatre was packed)
Also rly cool thing I noticed
When Simon sees the corpse in the seat in the hallucination scene, he's actually lookiat himself from earlier in the movie from when we see someone move in the back of the sub. And I think that's prolly my favourite part of the movie now.
