I'm taking a break from The Darkest Valley for... who knows?

I had spent 6 months on this game, climbing up the mountain of work, and I was so close. So close. Yet now, it seems I'm at the valley again.

Yesterday, after I got home, we decided to backup everything we needed to onto a thumbdrive before we would completely wipe the computer. This is because it was slow and running out of space.

We didn't backup much, just all of my music, FL Studio projects, games, art, etc. My brother spent 12 hours trying to get the computer to reboot into Windows 10 today, but we had to backup the files on something else because we needed to download the OS (Operating System) on the thumbdrive.

So we exported the data from the thumbdrive to a laptop.

After Windows 10 had finally started running, we formatted the thumbdrive we used and took the files from the laptop back onto the thumbdrive. But wait...

Where is most of the stuff I kept on here?

All of my Minecraft worlds, Music shiz, and Game Data for The Darkest Valley had disappeared.
Everything.
Every second, of every hour, of every month spent on that game was gone.

This game, in which I had dedicated months of my life to, has completely vanished.

I have nothing left of this game. No music, no sprites, no coding, no nothing.

I'm taking a break from The Darkest Valley for a bit... so I don't end up intoxicating myself in stress and anger trying to rebuild this game all the way from scratch.
I'll try to have it finished at some point though.

Thank you all so effing much for the support you've given me. I don't deserve any of it. It really makes me happy to know that people actually come by just to look at my crappy stuff every once in a while.

I don't know how long it'll be until I come back to the game.
All I know right now is, I need to sit by the fire and rest.

I've tired myself out.

The void beckons...

Hello, everyone.

Removing the current build until the demo is ready.

Haven't uploaded anything on here for a long time, so here you go!

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower ๐ŸŒป, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. ๐Ÿ˜‚

What's coming out of your own improvs? ๐Ÿค”

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so hereโ€™s a guy playing the sax for some reason.
