I thought this would come out way better

I know I said I wouldn't post anything that has to do with my personal life anymore, but I've gotten this insane migraine. I've taken countless amounts of medicine, I slept 3 1/4's of the entire day, but it STILL hasn't gone away. what do I do man 😭😭😭
