After some time with the saving system I made a small change to it so it could work better, might as well make the change before the game is fully finished. A problem with the saving system was that after you got your code once if you tried to make a new save it would copy the previous code into the new one, after a small bit of trial and error it was fixed. You can see the changes in the screenshots above.
