Ingredients:
Marshmallows
Powdered sugar
Chocolate
Butter
(Optional) Food coloring
------------------------------------------
Directions:
•Pour desired amount of powdered sugar in a bowl
•Grab desired amount of marshmallows and begin to kneed them together into a sticky dough
•Put the marshmallow dough into the bowl of powdered sugar and kneed together until the texture of the dough is slightly tough (the dough will remain to be sticky, but to make sure it doesn't stick to your hands, roll the dough into a ball and cover it with powdered sugar)
•(Add food coloring if desired)
•Take powdered sugar and cover a countertop
•Grab marshmallow dough and roll into a rope (about the same diameter when you make an O with your thumb and finger)
•Cut the rope into sections (as many as desired)
•Flatten each section into rounded disks (about 2 centimeters thick)
•Cover each marshmallow disk with powdered sugar to prevent sticking onto countertop
•Take chocolate and put it into a cup, then put the cup in the microwave and melt the chocolate for 30 seconds
•After 30 seconds, take the slightly melted chocolate and put 1 tablespoon of softened butter into the slightly melted chocolate
•Stir the butter and chocolate together and reheat the mixture in the microwave for 30 more seconds
•Prepare the marshmallow disks to be filled with the melted chocolate by creating a small bowl with each separate disk
•Once the melted chocolate is finished, mix it once more, then use a small spoon to fill each marshmallow bowl with a small amount of chocolate
•Close each marshmallow bowl by pitching each opening of the bowls together once they are filled with chocolate
•Once finished filling each marshmallow chocolate ball, set in freezer for 1 hour
Enjoy!
