I'm starting to think that November was the worst month for me mentally and physically, why? You may ask if you did ask

It is because I had one of the stomach pain I had in a while, I got sick twice[I got sick yesterday and im basically mentally dying rn]

I forgot I drew this in October and idk why I drew it
