Finally fixing the hands, sky

New hands+new Spas-12 and AWM designs finally you can stop telling me to fix the hands. they're FIXED.

M79 Reload animation (as shown in the first image which is a gif), as well as M1911 Redesign and the Raygun. Also changed up the explosion effects to look more cartoony to fit with the style.
