I can't distinguish between my imagination and my dreams and what's really happening. The thing is, my dreams feel so real, I mean it, and it's affecting me negatively. I have wounds where I didn't remember having them, and others that I remembered are gone. All I can think about is grabbing a knife and running it along my arms. I don't know why, but it sounds good.
