My braincells when I wanna work on a new project but I got like 5 other ones I still need to finish:

I’m going to be real for a moment here, I might just give up on making Source mods, at least for TF2. They require a ton of work, and in the end, you likely won't even build much of a community... which is kind of what you need for any multiplayer thing.
