Kris has what looks to be Knight armor they also have a sword like a knight does and Kris looks the most like a knight out of all the characters in chapters 1 and 2 they also have a shield and they ride horse Ralsei in chapter 3 (knights ride horses) but i was proven wrong by chapter 3's end when meeting the knight

or i might be right and this knight is a cover up for kris but im just overthinking now
