friend sent me a list of balance changes someone wanted to have to the old Nosferatu moveset when it was getting replaced so now I have stuff to base things off of for my rework

currently just waiting on the assets for the office to be saved so i can put them in game

which is taking forever because theres a bunch of assets that need to be individually placed and i can only download 3 a day (it only gets worse from here)

oh yeah nos rework is scrapped literally how am i supposed to one-up what was originally such a cool and unique moveset, i feasibly could not do better if i spend years trying
