I still alive and working on the game!


Hi guys, it’s been a while since my last post…

Well, I’ve been thinking a lot about the game’s lore. At this point there is nothing of that in the game, but I have to plan everything so the story and the gameplay fit together.

Now, about the actual progress of the game…
Mostly I’ve been playing around with the graphics and trying to improve them as much as I could, here you have a comparison between the previous graphics and the new ones:

I hope you like those small changes, there is one last little thing…

The second chapter has a lot to be done before completion, now the entire house is done, but I have to add the furniture and stuff like that.
However, I have something done, (At least for now) and that’s the antagonist for this chapter, I don’t want to fully reveal it yet, so the best I can show you is a picture of the character in the darkness, but you’ll have to excuse my poor 3D modelling. (Also, ignore the little point at the center, it’s the pointer)

Winter vacations are coming (At least for me) so I’ll have plenty of time to keep working on the game, I’ll try to post a bit more often but that depends on the game progress.

Another house i made long time ago.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
